Memorial Tree & Plaque Program

The LVIS offers an opportunity for a loved one to be remembered either with a new street tree and memorial plaque, or by a memorial plaque placed by an existing tree. We will purchase the plaque and/or tree on your behalf as well as install and maintain what you choose.
The costs to the donor for a tree and plaque start at $750 and vary according to the type of tree selected.
If you choose to adopt a tree and purchase a plaque, the cost of $750 covers the plaque and future care of the tree.
